In order to solve to the problem of use of iPhone and iPod Touch in the coldest zones of the planet, Apple has presented/displayed a patent that would allow to use these devices with adapted gloves. The presented/displayed patent shows gloves able to interact with iPhone and iPod Touch, so that the capacitive screen, that is the point of interaction of the user with the device, can be used without the necessity to in the open put the hands in zones of low temperatures.KLa solution of Apple adds a layer under the surface of the glove that simulates the load eléctrca of the fingers when touching the screen of the devices. Glove, that counts on openings covered by a protection fabric that would allow the users to be able to handle the devices without the necessity to retire the gloves. The technique could implement the use of an elastic ring abrir and to close these openings on the march, or could take a series of zones of protection instead of this elastic ring system.
The patent was presented/displayed the 28 of June of 2007, a day after the launching of iPhone and names to Steven Hotelling and Ashwin Sunder like its inventors.
