The Denver Post is developing the plans of Skype to make a conversion of its movable application VOIP to iPhone. They mention the necessity to use less energy like the barrier number one. It is not clear if this barrier is hers or of Apple. It is not clear either if Skype is going to work, or no, with the networks 3G or only on WiFi. The optimism is in the lowest point because Steve Jobs said that when sending the App Store that Apple was not against applications VOIP while they worked under WIFI.
Although it was not mentioned in the article, is probable that the application works with iPod Touch 2G of Apple that has capacity of voice through Seth of earpieces of Apple for iPhone. Native Skype could be to killer app for new iPod touches.
Skype sent to a new version 2.8 beta of its software for Macintosh in Macworld that allows to share screen, access to Boingo and other improvements.
